Here is a selection of Qube Event Hire’s most frequently asked questions. We understand that planning a large-scale event can be a stressful experience, but we are on hand to answer any questions you may have and ease those concerns. Frequently Asked Questions

If you use our Dry Hire Service. You can collect your hire items on a Wednesday prior to a weekend event and they must be returned on the Monday following your event. Should your hire not fall at a weekend we will discuss suitable collection and return dates with you. Should you return you products late, you will be charged a late fee as this stops others hiring our products out should they have booked them.

Please order as early as possible in advance of your event, especially for the busy summer and Christmas periods. We reserve the right to add a premium for orders received less than 7 days prior to any event.

Additions are welcome based on availability. Any other changes must be made within 1 month prior to your event date. Please contact us immediately to notify us of any changes.

Delivery and collection is charged in addition to the cost of hiring your equipment. The charges will based on mileage from our Event Studios in Bury, BL9. The actual delivery and collection charges will also be dependent upon factors such as the number of vehicles required, any access issues and any out of hours delivery or collection requirements.

We have a dedicated events set up team who can set up/clear your event with pleasure. Charges for this service start from £60. The charges will depend on how complicated your set up is and how many hours/people are required to set up/clear your event.

This is dependent on the service you book:
You booked our Set Up/Clear Up Service – Leave all the equipment on the tables/in situ at your event as we left it and we will do all the hard work and clear everything up for you.

You booked our Collection Service – Please ensure that all items are packed up and placed back in their original boxes ready for collection. Please leave the boxes on a ground floor location, ready for collection.

Upon return to our Event Studios, your equipment is counted and checked. We do charge for missing, broken or damaged equipment. Make certain that equipment is used correctly and not left unattended.

We encourage you to store the boxes from your hire items safely at your venue. Venues may see them as rubbish and throw them away, so please make sure that you put them someone safe once you have set up your items. You will be charged 50% of the retail value of your product should you loose items, as they cannot be stored safely.

Payment in full is required prior to the commencement of the hire. We accept Visa or Mastercard debit/credit cards (2% charge applies), cash, cheque or bank transfer. You can either browse our website and put items into a basket and email it over to us for a quote including transport charges or simply phone us or drop us an email info@qubeevents.co.uk . Either way, you will need to contact us in order for us to process your order.

Yes we do, we have been organising events for over 8 years. We can take all the pressure away from you, so that you can enjoy your event. We offer various packages to suit your requirements. The answer to this is very simple. All our items are ready for immediate use.

Yes we have £10 million cover of public liability insurance. All our technical equipment is also PAT Tested.
